Teaching languages: Teaching is in Spanish and Galician. Incoming Erasmus students are usually required to hold at least a B1 Spanish certificate, and the Modern Languages Centre also offers Galician and other language courses that can carry ECTS credit.
Accommodation: The university's Residence Service manages three halls of residence and three colegios mayores with around 1,150 places across the Santiago and Lugo campuses, including a reserved quota for incoming exchange and international students; private residences in the city offer additional options.
