Teaching languages: The language of instruction is Spanish. UNED's Erasmus information sheet recommends level B1 and requires a certificate. For exchange students the university runs a free intensive Spanish course every month, with the international office handling enrolment for both courses and the language class. Se
Accommodation: UNED does not offer its own accommodation for incoming students, and the Erasmus information sheet has no section on halls of residence. Housing in Madrid has to be arranged independently, either on the private market or in private residencias.
Strong programmes: Law, economics and management, psychology, English philology and Hispanic studies, political science and sociology, geography and history, education, industrial engineering and computer science. Bachelor's, master's and doctoral studies delivered remotely, supported by local centres.
