FERRANDI Paris is one of France's most prestigious schools of gastronomy and hospitality, spread across six campuses. It trains students in cuisine, pastry, baking, sommellerie and hotel and restaurant management, from CAP level up to MSc degrees. Around 850 people sit exams there each year.
