• Teaching languages: The academy states that it teaches across seven fields of study and more than fifty specialisations in Polish and English. In 2020 it became the first and so far only Polish arts academy to receive the international MusiQuE institutional accreditation, which makes it easier to have credits recognise
• Strong programmes: Instrumental performance, vocal studies and performing arts, composition and music theory, conducting, music therapy, art education, choral conducting and church music, and jazz and popular music. Strengths include violin, historical performance, jazz and music therapy, which is rare in Poland.
